Every word you have ever written about your dad was filled with love. Nothing I can say will make anything better but know I am thinking of you and sending loving thoughts to you and yours xxxxx
Thinking of you every day hon, know this is very hard for you. Your dad sounded like such a lovely gentleman, you and your children will have lovely memories of him to cling on to.
Oh Honey so sorry to hear your sad news. I lost my Dad 2 years ago and I well up every time I hear someone has lost theirs. It's hard, but it does get better with time - that old cliche I know. Hope you have someone to look after you and help out with the kids. You'll be needing some space just for you. Big hugs. x
I'm so sorry for your loss. So pleased that you had a special time visiting him recently with the children. Wonderful memories for you all. Lots of love, Rachel xxx
People have left such lovely comments both here and over on your facebook page. I hope it helps to know there are lots of arms around you at the moment holding you up in your time of need. x
Blue Sky - this is so sad and no words can ever make things better. But i'm gonna say a couple. In time, it will be easier to deal with. Things will never be the same or normal, but you have memories and you have your kids to share those memories with. My Dad died nearly 8 years ago and i still miss him. Hardly a week goes by and we don't mention him. It wasn't easy at times, things happened and some were hard to deal with. But we're still here, hopefully stronger for having my Dad in our lives. Take care
Oh honey, I am so so so sorry. I know whatever I say cannot heal the pain you must be feeling but I wanted to give you a big virtual hug. You have my contact details if you need someone to talk to - I so wish we lived closer xxxxxx
