Feeling the love

I'll draw a veil over the on-going sh*te that is the world of special needs to focus on the good stuff for this week's reasons to be cheerful hosted this month by Michelle Twin Mum. It may be a short post though!

  • An unbirthday present from Angel of a fold up hard sunglasses case. Yes, I wanted one, and had been moaning for about 6 months over not being able to find one.

  • A journalist recommending me publicly on Twitter for a communications job that I would love to do - if I could only get my children the supports they need.

"I feel comforted and less isolated when I read lovely blogs like yours."

  • A new hobby, which may mean I don't spend so much time on here. I love this blog and everything that it has achieved, but there are now too many topics I can't write about. I need another outlet, and I think I've finally found it...

Hope you had a good week xx

    1. I don't want to close my blog down, but I think I've changed too, and I'm no longer sure I want to publish personal stuff about myself, let alone my kids! x

  6. Hi, a comment like that can make all the difference, just knowing that your experiences are making someone else's life a little easier.

I really hope that the communications job works out for you, and you get the support you need. And sometimes a change in direction whether through a new job or a new hobby can put the blogging fire back in our belly.

    xx
